Because personalised jewellery is custom made specifically for each order, changes may not be possible once production has started. We recommend checking your spelling, names, and dates carefully before completing your order to ensure everything is correct. If you need assistance, please contact us with your order number and the updated engraving details
The number of characters you can engrave depends on the specific personalised jewellery design. Each product has a set character limit to ensure the engraving remains clear and easy to read. The personalisation box on the product page will automatically limit the number of characters you can enter.

Photo projection jewellery is a special type of personalised jewellery that allows you to keep a meaningful photo hidden inside the pendant. A tiny image is carefully placed inside the stone and can be viewed by looking through it or by shining a light through the pendant to project the image onto a wall or surface.
This unique jewellery design allows you to carry a treasured memory with you wherever you go. Many customers choose photo projection jewellery to keep a photo of a loved one, partner, family member, child, or pet close to their heart.
Photo projection jewellery also makes a thoughtful and sentimental gift for birthdays, anniversaries, memorials, or other special occasions. You simply upload your chosen photo when placing your order, and we will carefully create your personalised piece.

Jewellery Care:
Yes, sterling silver can naturally tarnish over time when exposed to air, moisture, perfumes, or everyday chemicals. This is a normal reaction and does not affect the quality of the jewellery.
The good news is that tarnish can usually be easily removed by gently cleaning your jewellery with a soft polishing cloth designed for silver. Storing your jewellery in a dry place and avoiding contact with water, perfumes, and lotions can also help keep it looking its best.
Gold plated jewellery can be worn regularly, but over time the gold plating may gradually fade with frequent wear. Factors such as exposure to water, perfumes, lotions, and chemicals can cause the plating to wear more quickly.
To help maintain the appearance of your gold plated jewellery, we recommend removing it before showering, swimming, exercising, or applying perfumes and lotions. With proper care, your jewellery will stay looking beautiful for longer.
To clean gold plated jewellery, gently wipe the piece with a soft, lint-free cloth to remove oils and dirt. If needed, you can lightly dampen the cloth with warm water and gently clean the surface.
Avoid using harsh chemicals, jewellery cleaners, or abrasive materials, as these can damage the gold plating. After cleaning, ensure the jewellery is completely dry before storing it in a cool, dry place. Regular gentle cleaning and proper storage will help your gold plated jewellery maintain its shine for longer.
The main difference between these materials is the amount of gold they contain and their durability.
14K gold contains 58.5% pure gold mixed with other metals to increase strength and durability. It is a popular choice for jewellery because it balances gold content with everyday wearability.
18K gold contains 75% pure gold, giving it a richer yellow colour. Because it has a higher gold content, it is generally softer than 14ct gold but is valued for its luxurious appearance.
Monel gold jewellery is made from Monel silver, with gold or rose gold infused into the metal rather than plated on the surface. This infusion process is superior to traditional gold plating because the gold is bonded into the metal, meaning it will not rub off or lose its appearance over time. Infused gold jewellery is also very durable and can be worn daily, including while showering, exercising, or swimming.
Each option offers different benefits, allowing you to choose the jewellery that best suits your style, durability needs, and budget.
To keep your jewellery looking its best, we recommend handling it with care and storing it in a cool, dry place when not being worn. Gently clean your jewellery with a soft, lint-free cloth to remove oils and dirt from everyday wear.
Avoid exposing your jewellery to harsh chemicals such as perfumes, lotions, cleaning products, and chlorine, as these can affect the appearance of some metals and finishes. Removing your jewellery before swimming, showering, or exercising can also help maintain its shine and condition.
With proper care and regular gentle cleaning, your jewellery will continue to look beautiful for years to come.
